So that would be every time I see Star Guardian Poppy, right? Because every time, they play horribly.
But because it's now so much easier to get an S with Poppy, I'm not even mad.

Then I close my replays.
I'm not dyslexic, but I quickly scanned the title and saw "When someone sees you play your main poorly" and was instantly engulfed in shame, because I've had many terrible matches on Karthus along with some great ones, and I remember a lot of the terrible ones. They feel super bad because I feel like I should be doing great, but I don't and I'm letting down the people that I'm playing with. I also had a horrific game on Urgot (not my main by far but a champion that I like) where I fed like never before in a matchup I should have won, but despite me ripping myself up about it in in-game chat my team said nothing, aside from the Poppy jungle who encouraged me to stay positive and keep trying. I don't think I'll ever forget that game, both for my horrible performance and Poppy's kind words.
Responding to the actual title, I don't really see people play Karthus very much, and the few times I have seen him played he was played rather competently.

Seriously, there were only about 4 Kennen mains before Worlds, and now that circlejerk has descended into people spamming it in every game they can get.
It's honestly depressing when it's your main that no one cared about before something happened
