Reporting a Sion Ult Glitch

Sion's ult is supposed to knock up and stun the enemy.

Rito... COME ON! You took Graves Cigar away, you did the nasty nasty to Morde, you won't nerf Vayne (and now Veigar I guess?!?), you pretty much can't play Darius anymore cuz of bans, you won't give us refunds for RP, you won't give us sandbox mode, you won't be perfect, and now THIS?

That crosses the line. Sion is supposed to be reliable.

The disappointment is real...
