EDIT: I will give hints. Probably some time today. Starting with the following: The Equation is vital to solving the riddle and the memer references have no significant meaning to the riddle. Some lines help you solve the riddle, some lines lead you astray. The answer to the riddle is two words, one of which is given to you.

That's my attempt at putting it into a readable format. And my guess would be that this pertains to Pokemon go somehow.

This is what I came up with so far. Equation: 5+11 = 2-6/9. (5+11 = 16, 2-6 = -4/9 = 0.4444444, the common factor is 0.4 (rounded to the tenths.) T

HOWEVER 112+illuminati=7-4=/=10=/=8 The input has to be the equation therefore 112+illuminati (11, 13, 33) = 7-4=/(16 or 0.4) = 10 = (16 or 0.4) = 8.

Obviously, these values have to make up for letters.

As for one of the words given to us..... I think it is riddle. I think the second line of the riddle is important. Its one of the few that is chaotic and still seems to lead somewhere.
