Easily Zed. He's just so frustrating to have to play against. Hopefully Riot takes his 80% ban rate as a hint soon and does something about him.

I have always hated laning against him, even before 6.9
Fizz without question; cheap & overloaded mechanics, and a voice that sounds like teemo on helium.
Simple, Riven. I can neither as, nor against her.
I hate garen. Its just so boring to lane against him and too many heros cant duel him due to the demacian justice burst of doom at 6.
That happy feeling when your main doesn't show up here.

- Her Snare feels like it lasts forever (For some reason i feel like its longer then mores, even thought it is not)
- Her combo instakills any squishy, and most of the camps i play are squishy
