My friend just got another ban
The support ticket said it was for racist behavior, but in the chat logs he only talks about Muslims, which is a religion not a race.

Racist/Prejudice. This ban most likely falls under the second half of that, being prejudice. Being prejudice falls under the category of being against something in general, including religions, races/colors, nationalities, accents, and more.
Basically your friend was being a dick to someone, there's a chatlog of them being a dick to that person, and they got banned for it.
How to fix: Don't be a dick or express opinions so openly in what could be seen as prejudice. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
