Why won't Riot add another skin for Jhin?
They don't want him to have four skins...

why wont riot give Jhin a unique skin not borrowed from another theme
High noon (done before) Blood moon (done before) SKT (coming soon/done before)
His 4th skin needs to be an ultimate skin that's so great that he never gets another one so it can stay at 4
