Because they're made in China. They do have copyright laws (not as many as the US), and I'm pretty sure these games are breaking them, but the Chinese government doesn't enforce them because of how big the population is. Too much of a hassle for them.

At least, that's what I've read.

What I've heard is something a bit different. You can't copyright concepts in China, so like anyone can make a Knight character. Even if both of your knights are named Taric, the Gem Knight, this one has a wolf so it's different enough. Well, Bewitching Tristana got some breasts. In the splashart I was thinking it is because of the airflow from the, uh, "flight" she is taking or maybe a puffed out look of her dress/robe but even the model has gotten some breasts which are kinda sturdy considering the "if it's child-like, don't give it boobs" way of design RIOT and many other companies go (which I will never understand since she's an adult servin in the army)

Tristana was my first character in that hot summer of 2010 and thus is one of my beloved characters of this franchise and I was kinda surprised that she's got some breasts in one skin. Maybe RIOT changed their Yordle design guideline or whatever it's called meanwhile to give them some boobies. I mean, why not?

League of Angels is notorious for plagiarism in its ads, which tend to be unrepresentative of the game itself. It has posted ads copying from such games as League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and Overwatch. It also advertises on many porn websites, falsely advertising itself as a game with strong sexual themes despite having little to no sexual content
