For the record, I dont want this rune to come into existance. Not to mention there are much worse offenders.
That being said, Idk why everyone resorts to Lux when it comes to claiming OP ult. Unless you're snared by her Q, which for your information is one of the slowest skillshots in the game, chances are you're just gonna walk out of her ult anyways. Having trouble dodging some of the easiest skillshots to dodge in the game? No problem, build one magic resist item, then spam laugh when you do get caught because mage itemization is wonderful and you'll walk away with full hp after her full combo

sounds like one of those runes that will be released in the preseason just for shits and giggles then reworked before the new season starts.
