I think it needs to be said that despite Nasus and Renekton both being able to become giant monsters, they still can't walk past Azir's wall unless he lets them.

Its not just health. It also has AOE % health magic damage that boosts his Q based on damage dealt. It also has a short cool down so it can be abused.
