That's never going to happen, and I'll tell you why. Instead of fixing the problems, they're just going to casualize it more and more and more (expect even more burst, even shorter games) and destroy the reason people who have been here forever still play in an attempt to increase mass appeal, thereby killing it faster.

This feedback loop has played out over and over and over again across many multiplayer games. They never fix the problems people hate.

Hell, look at Dominion and TT for a microcosm of what to expect. Ignore the actual problems for a long time, and then pull the plug for lack of interest when the freaking lack of interest is caused by the neglect in the first place.
