Remove support items from TT. Keep them in SR. This change will not affect any of the normal games that most of the league players enjoy. But it will give TT more spice and make it more interesting than just having one side funneling over and over. not to mention it's harder when you put plats and diamonds on one side funneling while silvers and gold are trying to figure out how.
I'd kinda prefer if Support meta remained viable rather than being entirely removed. Nerfs are one thing, but simply having that sort of teamcomp be an option provides some nice variety.
Sadly, I'm not familiar enough with 3s to come up with a solution here. Maybe have the Monster Hunter debuff apply to XP gain as well? I dunno.
I would say that would be completely ok. I think that enchanter supports would still be really strong there. Lulu for example. Taric and poppy are not taken anything more than poppy E and taric E + R.
Tank supports will struggle a bit, they can't duel farm or clear, 
even with rushing bami's.
But TT has a bigger more serious balance changes, this is why this mode is considered a meme.
