I play a lot of support but I never play Sona. At the moment she is kind of underwhelming compared to other supports. But don't let that stop you if you like her. Play her and just practice, Go for a poke and sustain play style with your adc and you'll do fine. :)

Bot lane must stick together and die together, unless I have 0 deaths and 10 kills... then it changes to everyone is a meat shield

Welcome to field triage from a class of champion rarely able to directly save others! Similar to a tank, if you see us running away and not able to do anything in retaliation, then I have a simple thing for you to do: Keep up.

He's actually providing sound advice, if you see that even your tankiest teammate or highest dps teammate can't hinder the enemy teams progress and as a result they are running away, you should as well.

It's crazy how fast an adc trying to save someone becomes the victim. The enemy team just sees "ooh squishy". The adc will always try to keep at least auto attack range on the entire enemy team during a fight. If they can't then unless someone peels/blocks they're probably dead

Too bad a majority of vaynes seem to be far more toxic than other carries.. as well as being one of the adcs that blame their supports the most for them dying when (they tumble in to 3 people like a bad ass at level 5). Now everyone blames everyone every now and again.. however it seems that vayne has the majority of toxicity.

I would have an orgasm with 50 ping.... i have never in my life seen less than 90, and usually no less than 125.. 150 is pretty average iit starts getting real bad at 200
