I would probably have had Bard have a real lore, and maybe make it so that his W scaled with his passive as well.

Rewind now affects the cooldown of chronoshift again.
I'd revert the Gangplank barrel nerfs so they still had like 65% armor pen or whatever absurd number it was
Q is now a passthrough line skillshot that stores 2 charges, deals 50% extra damage to minions and monsters, reduced damage to champions if another target is struck first.
This plus the changes currently on the PBE and mid lane Sona will be in a pretty good spot

I wish shens spirit blade applied life tap on all units it passed through. Loved old shen support.
Cannot be interrupted mid ult
I'd remove the global sound on Sion's ult. Or make it so he doesn't actually move slower in his passive.
Gets 5 ap per champon kill.
