Want to know how to make instalockers dodge?

I called top and someone locked in, so we all locked in top and played top. The player didn't leave he just played the game, people who instalock are less likely to dodge.
They probably wont dodge. They'll just go about how they planned to. And if the game fails, it's your fault.
You can play in the same lane as me if you want, I don't really care. But if you aren't attempting to win the game then it is YOU who is trolling, not the instalocker.
