Has anyone being able to win a solo lane top with the new Morde yet?
Because I wasnt, I have lost all solo lanes I tried so far. So Id like to know how are people doing it.

I haven't played new morde yet, but I would think you would need to rely on constant ganks to make use of his w, however, it doesn't mean its impossible, you're just at a disadvantage.
i did ok vs 
i dont know why I maxed Q but I was eventually able to beat him despite the super-obnoxious AS slows
it's a case by case i think, W loss hurts him greatly though, but I think some match-ups are at least survivable
