aight fucks i figured out how to fix the game
triple all cooldowns remove cdr remove crit remove teemo remove cooldown resets remove true damage remove all runes and summoner spells remove fun basically turn it into dota but generally better

You missed "remove Yasuo" and "remove Zoe".
Make Ryze, Yasuo and all the other duelist mid laners the strongest champions in the game then? Seems good.
I think with triple cds and no cdr or cd resets(that guts Ryze) then passive, non-crit aa is the way to go.... Vayne and Kai'sa for days
