Anime is Carnival Phantasm, a sort of comedy crossover of some other series originally written by the same company. The character is Tohsaka Rin from Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works (not a sequel, a better alternate version), and makes an appearance in the prequel Fate/Zero.

The original anime is a very serious action anime. In fact it's probably one of the best action anime of the last few years with perhaps the best animation in a VERY long time. its called Fate/Zero (Unlimited Blade Works or UBW) There was an original Fate/Zero but it was upgraded to the newer and so much better animation. u have to check it out.

Edit: Also, there is a sister anime called Fate/Stay;NIght which isn't required to watch but kinda precedes Fate/Zero..... or vice versa. FUCK I don't remember. Just check it out lol i hope u enjoy it.

Ok so this is from a skit spinoff of fate stay night. FSN is an old action anime that recently got an excellent newer version, FSN unlimited blade works. Ubw assumes youve seen the newer prequel fate zero. So if you wanna get into this id recommed fate zero then ubw then watch the skits on youtube Or just look this one up its called Rin Saber and the bluray or something like that

If you know how to position well, Zyra destroys. I don't get why people are so adamant she be a support, when she is and always has been a mage and despite peoples claim she is bad mid, i always do good with her.

Just as Kitty said. Though Carnival Phantasm is more of a parody series. If you watch it, I hope you're not overly-fond of Lancer, as he gets killed a LOT. Like Kenny from South Park style killed a lot.
