They balance league around lcs
Because it makes them alot of money, who cares about the peasant class, that is all.

LCS is a massive revenue source. I agree.
However, if they made every player mad, they would never have enough money to do anything or even have a game to run at all.
If you don't think they care about the playerbase, then I can disprove you by solely pointing out the existence of "Nexus" to you. Nexus was made so that they could connect with the playerbase through "Ask Riot" and other dev posts.
If you don't like that evidence, there is the Dev Corner in the boards, allowing us to communicate with Rioters who actually respond.
LCS is big player in how games are balanced because they play an entirely different game than us. The reason we are affected by these changes is because the don't balance around Bronze II scrubs like you. They balance around players that understand the game and can exploit small balancing differences between champs.
Don't pretend you know what you are talking about.
Than explain Kled.
Since her release 3 months ago, Camille has been in over 130 pro games.
Since his release 5 months ago, Ivern has been over 150 pro games.
Since his release 7 months ago, Kled has been in 23 pro games.
Since her release 10 months ago, Taliyah has been in almost 200 pro games.
It's not that Riot shit the bed with Kled, he has a 52.6% win rate in Platinum+. They intentionally released a champion that wasn't meant for pro play because of easily exploitable weaknesses in coordinated play. Like Amumu.
Are most of Riot's new champions LCS bait? Yes. That's what made Kled such a refreshing breath of fresh air. He's simple.
Personally, I wish they'd release at least 2 champions like Kled for every Taliyah, and I wish they'd never release champions like Camille.
Besides, it's not like Riot is a hive-mind that decides to release extremely complicated champions at every opportunity. They have teams of designers working on multiple champions and champion reworks at the same time.
When it comes to nightmares like Lethality, they can't jump on the ban-button everytime something seems overpowered. They need to give it time to see if people find counters to it. Something that seems broken might not be when people get used to it.
But then there's Edge of Night, screw that item. That needed to be dumpstered before they even released it.
Why is this on memes and games? Also you're an idiot if you think riot balances the game around lcs cuz that's false. They balance the game around high elo. With some pro balance patches around worlds. What a stupid post.
