Sort of. She had me lure the person who got her parents captured by Hyperion into a trap where she electrocuted him while she had a tea party.

No they aren't.

Tina's parents are dead. The fact both Moxxi and Torgue are very much alive means that they aren't the parents.

I was more referring in an adoptive sense. I know how it works since I've play BL2 several times over.
