If I switch my FPS number with MS number, even NASA would be jealous. Would 2183 FPS and 01 MS (ping) be ok to play league?

This is just a joke so u can know. I dont have the best setup rly, but its ok to play on :) - btw, before I literally had 01 fps and 150 ms in the SAME TIME and still managed to get double kill somehow :P. DO NOT BLAME UR SETUP FOR UR MISTAKES!!!
