Its not even TFT, Riot literally said in one of their /Dev things that most of the gamemodes have a good amount of players in the beginning but then they quickly lose players besides URF. And therefore they are hardly giving attention to any rotating gamemodes but URF really, possibly looking to even make it a permanent one. But I dont know about you guys, but i've had the most fun in League of Legends playing gamemodes like the Star Guardian and Odyssey ones for example. While plenty of people like them, they simply follow the money and thats just how it works unfortunately for us. Despite them saying they had a low amount of players overall during them, the queue was always popping quickly for me in them so I have no idea where they got that from.

As for the community, im not sure how URF attracts them more than gamemdes that they've worked much harder on. URF is probably the most brainless thing i've played, then again majority of the playerbase are low ranks so it would make sense why URF is so popular.
