Since she was used in the Noxus vs Demacia battle between some pros and some casters. So what if she is pushing the boundary of "Noxian." I am a Noxian, so I will use whatever I need to use to win.

that's because singed sides with zaun who are allies with noxus last I checked. Noxus from what I understand is more of a brute force country where as zaun is more about scientific advancement by any means needed.

It's such a shame his silence is gone I mean late game idk about anyone else but he falls off hard I mean I can handle trying to kill the Mage or Adc but flash makes it so hard to even land my Q and rake.then I get destroyed by all the team

Yeah. He falls off hard. That is what he is supposed to do. I play Talon, and while for the sake of my winrate, I would love to see the Silence back. However, it would make him even more overbearing against mages, a class that already struggles against his burst and Maw. He is supposed snowball mid game so that if the enemy ADC steps slightly out of line, they are dead. In late game, I don't tend to get a lot of kills. I might kill the ADC before I die. But with Talon, because I have so much AOE damage, I have just chunked the enemy team, and taken away their ADC, leaving their teamfight potential next to nothing. So basically, no. He really doesn't need his silence because he already does his job quite well.

Actually people who have the CIPA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Congenital_insensitivity_to_pain ) condition find their lives more annoying than anything else.

Because they don't get any warning from their body that they are killing themselves they have to check everything manually including temperature, cuts, bruises, vitals, etc.

Imagine having to be concerned at all points in the day about how hot/cold your body is because it could overheat or freeze without you knowing about it.
