Use Shift to switch from quick cast to normal cast
I think there should be a mechanism where pressing shift enables you to use an ability in quick or normal cast depending on the predetermined setting.

That's how I have my keybindings set up already, Q-R are on quick cast and holding shift swaps them to normal cast.
