I'm playing with bots on PVP

Even though I'm on PVP and I select the 5v5 I'm playing with bots. The reason why I know they are bots because no regular person will buy dorans blade and consistently get executed by turrets. And almost all of the players are bots. This is getting really annoying because I'm having no fun playing any of my games. Please fix!
