This doesn't mean they will use them. I'm a support main in bronze, it's usually my 3 sightstone wards, my pink, and one other random ward.
Do they actually upgrade at level 9? I was watching brofrescini's vid the other day, and I could've sworn it wasn't until level 12 or 13.
