You are mostly correct. However, The Hat has a secondary passive:
- If Yasuo is not drawn from the hat, a second card will appear behind the first, which has Yasuo on it. This guarantees that Yasuo will be the subject of at least half of Gameplay's posts each week.
Hey you forgot one other option that can show up: "Memes and Games posts that Riot moved over to Gameplay."
