That reminds me of a game I played as Nasus once.
I was decently fed, and Vi tried to 1v1 me but decided to run after ulting me as soon as I Q'd her once. She Q'd away every time she had it up, but I managed to chase her down half the map and kill her with Wither and Stormraider's Surge.
