Lux is actually more directly tied to light than Leona is. Leona is the Aspect of the Sun, Lux harnesses pure light. So technically, Nocturne is Garen's brother and Katarina's soon-to-be brother-in-law and Talon's and Cassiopeia's co-brother-in-law.
