- Live a long life with great wealth but be remembered as a villain and become hated by all

I vote for short life.
I enjoy living, so I'd rather live a long life. Besides, being hated isn't exactly new for me.

They key word here is being remembered. Wether you do good or bad is irrelevant.
So I guess I'd prefer to be hated, but try to use my great wealth for good things. I'd hate myself for it because I want people to like me (being famous is a dream of mine honestly. Mainly to be a rolemodel because I didn't have one when I was younger) but if I did good, then that's what counts.
Nonexistent like 
1, but only if I revert a giant disaster that would have destroyed the world. If I'm going to live a short live, I want people to build monuments to my bravery for generations >.>
Because at that point I'd be wealthy enough to hire a small harem where they'd end up staying for the money and could deal with being alone the rest of the time.
Obviously option 2. Playing League of Legends would be quite a bad idea though, but I can simply report them all then and spam Teemo support in ranked.
Now I think of it, it'd all depend on how strong the hate is and if you'd be able to be anonymous.
