League ranked

Is there a better matchmaking set aside for all the players with higher honor? Because I play with no one with high honor and get probably some of your dumbest players on my team talking about "nothing ingame determines how good they are" which yea is funny in unranked but I'd like to play with the nonspecial kids in ranked games.
