Why does this mean anything if the boards is just a place to talk to the community? I can just go ingame and talk to the community I just like using the boards because its easier to reach more than 9 ppl at a time lol.

Hate speech, such as using diseases to insult people (especially the community at whole) are not permitted on the boards. A general rule of thumb is if it’s reportable in game, it’s probably not acceptable on the boards either.
That being said, Help+Support boards are generally moderated by the Rioters who are frequenting that board. While they didn’t sign the post, you can come to the moderation discord they linked and we can provide some more context on why it was removed or discuss it with you.
