New Champ Idea!!! Best idea yet!?
Hi, I just want to say that this champ was made from pure '' ORIGINALITY '' and it will be well balanced!

_Berek, The Unknown Acquaintance _
Passive: True Balance - 10% of all damage dealt to Turrets, Minions, Plants, Monsters, Enemies or Allies is going to convert to bonus true damage. This bonus is tripled for 5 seconds after using dash or jump. Second Passive: Celerity of Promptitude - Dealing true damage will unlock mysterious beast within Berek and he is going to increase his movement speed by 15 plus 20% (stacks up to 5 times).
Q: Perfect Circle of Clear Mind (7/6/5/4/3 seconds CD) (No Cost) - Berek will unlock secret mind power resulting him to discover over 9000 IQ. While figuring out universe and sausage recipe without trash, Berek will open his mind and dealing 200/250/300/350/400 (+1.0 total AD) (+1.5 total AP) AD damage in a perfect circle. Whoever is in the circle will be stunned for 1.5 seconds too.
W: Underground Salto Naruto StyLLe (5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds CD) (No Cost) - Berek will gain unstoppable parkour skillZ jumping 2000 units forward being untargetable and invulnerable. Berek will jump very strong and knock up ALL and EVERY type of unit (including Drakes, Barons, Heralds, Allies...) in front of him for 1 second dealing 10/12/14/16/20% their maximum HP as true damage. Jump range will increase by 300 range for every champion takedown.
E: Passive - Vampires' Vampire - Berek will unlock his wild instinct gaining 15% lifesteal and 20% spell vamp. Also, attacking enemy or ally champions will steal 3% maximum HP from them and 50% of their LS, SV and HR. Active - Excited and Wooden Blood (5 seconds CD) (10% of allies maximum HP) - Berek will go on steroids and resist rehab, which will result him to run for his life from D5 police. For better escape he will gave 3 abilities to recast. First part of E will be jump in 1500 range, and where he lands he will deal 300/325/350/375/400 (+2.5 total AD) (+3.5 bonus AP) true damage to everything. Second and third part will deal double the damage but will silence the enemy for 3.75 seconds too.
R: Historic Future of Today (45/35/15 seconds CD) (85% of Enemies and Allies current HP[99.7% if there is Zoe, Master Yi, Yasuo, Riven or Berek champion on either side]) - Berek is going to realise it's faster to say world wide web than www and tomorrows yesterday is actually yetserdays tomorrow - in other words AgE. Disappointed in life, Berek will go crazy AF ASAP dealing 1500/2500/4500 magic damage to every unit on the map. Berek will also realise that Trump said Montenegro (ma country with 650.000 people) will cause WW3 so he questioned his existence, healing him for 100/165/270% HP over 0.5 seconds. While healing he will dash 3 times in a row for 800 range. Also, every time he uses ult he will damage ally's or enemy's nexus for 20% of its HP. Whatever nexus is destroyed, Berek's team will always win the ranked game.
