Well, for the Brimstone thing bouncing off of walls is Brimstone + Rubber Cement, and the spacebar item is Tammy's head (which shoots 10 tears, based on your current tears of course, so it shoots 10 brimstones, in a circle around you. No 100% on what the other items are. There might be Proptosis somewhere there, though.
