underscores2222 votesI'm pretty sure it's absorbing the power of an attack and using that power to make a powerful counterattack (like fiora) It seems to be reliant on his weapon, which also has a strange red blade, so this might be a dust enhanced power, not his actual semblance.
I don't know if there's an actual list of who has a revealed (or confirmed) semblance and who doesn't, but it would be incredibly useful in situations like this.
