What Type of Anime Character would they be?
The lone badass fighter that the main character wants to be but knows that he/she will never be as cool as her.
The Tsundere, no doubt, in my mind, what so ever.
The Temptress, SHOCKING I know.

The one that saves the main character's ass, knows what's going on and protects the main character for the entire series.....
....I haven't watched much anime, but I know at least one character that fits that criteria.
