Hide and Seek; Cops and Robbers style!
Welcome to the new version of Hide And Seek, Cops and Robbers!
Because most of you reading this will be in the waiting room, champ select, maybe even the loading screen, the paragraph below is the game. If you're too fast and furious to read all of it, I encourage you to read your respective tips (Robber Tips, Cop Tips), Perma bans (If they're on) and the special ones. You can skip the rules, but they still apply. If you do something and you didn't know, you should have read. [Crystal Scar map is at the bottom. It's a MUST SEE.]
Basically, Cops and Robbers is hide and seek with a few tweaks. There are 5 hiders (robbers) and 4 seekers (cops). The cops leave their base at 2:30, and they will seek the robbers. If a robber gets killed, they must walk on the path of shame up into the Jail Circle. If a robber that is NOT currently a prisoner walks into the bush above the Jail Circle, all prisoners currently in the jail circle (and the rescuer) must recall, and are given a 30 second grace. [Map is at the bottom of this post.] Cops win by managing to get every single robber in jail, making ACE an automatic win. The game lasts 40 minutes.
Robber Tips- It's good to have a team composition of CC and Mobility. You must coordinate with your team to decide whether somebody is risking their lives to break the prisoners free or if you will wait until the prison fills up more. Also, it would be best to wait for people on the walk of shame to get into Jail before freeing them, because people on the walk of shame are not freed in the process. Try and pay attention to the choices of the cops. Some Cops use Lux to guard, resulting in quick games. Go fetch a Morganna to make freeing prisoners easier.
Cop Tips- Team coordination is key in this game mode. Make sure to always call out who is in Jail and who is not. It's recommended that you have two guards and two seekers to guard the prison and chase the robbers. When there are four robbers in jail, It is best to have three guards and your best seeker out on the job. Because of this, you may want to pre-determine who is seeking and who is guarding. If you are guarding, try and chose a high cc, high burst champion. You won't need to chase very much when guarding, so high mobility isn't needed. Also, when guarding, ignite or exhaust will be more beneficial than ghost. Flash is still useful in case somebody manages to slip by and you're not in range for CC. Try and counter the choices of the robbers. Janna players can usually ult guards away and get into the bush in a breeze.
Robber Rules:
- Robbers cannot Auto Attack cops, or use any ability that does not have a CC or mobility effect.
- Robbers cannot exceed 200 AD, or 200 AP.
- Robbers cannot exceed more than 125 armor, 125 magic resist, and 1000 bonus health. -** Robbers cannot use blinks (dash/jump/teleport/STEALTH/etc) inside, into, or out of the Ring of Lethargy (Red)**.
- Robbers cannot recall unless they are Prisoners inside the Jail Circle, freed by a fellow Robber.
- Robbers cannot kill Cops unless they continue to chase you while under 300 hp. (400 hp after level 9)
- Robbers cannot interrupt Cop's recall.
- Robbers are considered Prisoners once killed, and must take the Walk of Shame (Blue) and remain in the Jail Circle (Orange) until released.
- Robbers that are Prisoners are unable to use abilities, block skill shots, or aid allies while in Jail or on the Walk of Shame.
- Robbers are allowed TWO Active or Passive slow items. NOT two of each.
- Robbers are allowed THREE Active speed increase items. This includes, but is not limited to, Dervish Blade and Youmuu's Ghostblade.
- Robbers buying items such as Rylais Crystal Scepter and Entropy do not make non-cc abilities and auto attacks viable.
Cop Rules:
- Cops are not allowed to false recall. Once you recall, you must end it. If a Robber DELIBERATELY cancels the recall, they are sent to Jail.
- Cops are not allowed to kill Prisoners. BE SURE TO PAY ATTENTION. KILLING A PRISONER WILL RESULT IN FREEING THEM.
- Cops are only allowed ONE Active slow item.
- Cops are only allowed TWO Active speed increase Items. This includes, but is not limited to, Dervish Blade and Youmuu's Ghostblade.
- Cops are only allowed to purchase ONE Oracles Elixir.
- Cops cannot kill Robbers on grace. Keep track... watching... always watching...

-Teemo; Everybody hates him.
-Evelynn; She likes it when they scream.
-Shaco; Boxes are a pain. Clone is cheap. Stealth/Blink is stupid. Why so SERIOUS?
-Twitch; Although you cannot use stealth inside, into, or out of the Ring of Lethargy (Red) he is still extremely smelly.
-Rek'Sai; Tunnels for days, Tremor sense for years, You will cry yourself to sleep for the rest of your life.
-Rengar; I'm in this bush- No i'm in this o- Wait I'm in this o- Just kidding --- I'M IN ALL OF THEM!
-Olaf; The ultimate ability is too strong on this one for this game mode.
-Poppy; Hey Olaf!
The Special ones;
-Braum can AA to put stacks on of Concussive Blows, as long as he doesn't Exceed 150 AD.
-Brand is hot, and because of this, he can only use E and Q to stun. No other spells.
-Cassiopeia is a slikkity snake. Her Q does too much damage, and it outweighs the movement speed benefits. She can W and R, though!
-Fiddle, fiddle, fiddle. Your W isn't CC or Mobility... stop.
-"Gnar, Gada!" Wich translates too.. Even though my W's passive does give a movement speed increase, the % damage is too high. Sorry.
-Kalista cannot auto attack, but she can use all of her other spells!
-Lee Sin can use all of his abilities, but again, do not exceed AD cap. Hah, bet he didn't see that coming.
-Zilean can ult. Let's be real it won't help him. "I knew you would do that."
-Traps can be used, but the spear is not CC, and it does too much damage to be used as 'vision'.
-Sorry Alistar, the ult is too overpowered, and cannot be used when in the Ring of Lethargy.
- Demon child! You can only use W/E to charge your stun. Once your stun is up, then you can use all spells to trigger it.
Since he goes were he pleases, It's kind of unfair since he pleases to free the rest of the robbers 99.9% of the time. Unable to use ult within, going into, or out of the Ring of Lethargy.
