I would chose The Nameless One, from Planescape: Torment, because best video game ever made.

I imagine that he'd be a mage tank, likely with a GA passive of some sort. In playstyle, he'd likely be a cross between Swain and Anivia, maybe with a bit of Dr. Mundo thrown in.

Either way, I'd buy him in a heart beat.

Ruby Rose, from Rwby. I don't got any specific numbers or anything, but her kit would be based on using some sort of ranged abilities to poke (ala the gun form of Crescent Rose), and then using her speed (probably some sort of blink ability) to gapclose for the finish. Her ult would probably be something similar to the end of the Red Trailer, just going crazy and beating everything up.

I choose Nep-Nep!

She's a powerful melee bruiser with moderately higher-than-normal melee attack range. She excels at dueling and chases, once she gets into a fight she wants to see it through without backing down.

Passive: When Neptune kills an enemy unit she gains 3 HP/1 Mana and a share stack, doubled for large minions/monsters and champion kills/assists.

Q: Active: Neptune jumps on an enemy bashing them with her giant sword and slowing them for a moderate duration. Does damage equal to her current AD + extra base damage and some of her AP. Applies on-hit. Q: Passive: Cooldown is reduced each time Neptune performs an auto-attack.

W: Active: Neptune braces herself for the prolonged fight, healing some of her missing HP. Scales a high amount of AP. W: Passive: Neptune gains confidence from her allies, increasing her base stats slightly for each nearby ally. Cooldown of active is reduced each time Neptune takes damage.

E: Active: Neptune swings her giant sword 180 degrees damaging, slowing and knocking-back enemies to the edge of her attack range. Scales bonus AD and slight AP.

R: First Active: Neptune reverts to Purple Heart, her adult-like goddess form gaining bonus attack speed, movement speed and attack range. She also gains bonus MaxHP, MaxMana, AD, AP, Armor and MR based on a percent of her shares stacks. R: Second Active: After performing a number of auto-attacks while in HDD form, Neptune can re-active R a single time to dash around the battlefield dealing damage to each enemy hit once. Scales moderately both AD/AP. R: Passive: Maintaining HDD requires mana/second and while in this form, a % of the damage Neptune does is returned as mana. Neptune will assume Human form when she runs out of enough mana to maintain HDD or doesn't perform an attack for 6 seconds.

After-notes: She's a heavy snowball champ with a moderately safe lane-phase thanks to increased sustain and high range. She's rewarded for getting ahead in lane with slightly higher stats late-game in HDD and normal farming patterns. The bonuses remain small enough and her aggressive and team-oriented kit deter the pattern of AFK-farming. Her basic abilities are strong enough that she can still remain an asset while behind by sticking with her team. Despite a lack of strong escape mechanics, the Jax-like hyper carry she gets when winning is split-bush viable as she'll be strong enough to solo 2 or 3 enemies alone.

I'd pick Nekomaru Nidai from Super Dangan Ronpa 2, because I feel that he would fit in quite well with the champions of the league.

He would be a Tank/Support champion, and his entire kit would revolve around using his SHSL coaching talents to encourage his teammates to achieve victory, no matter how bad the odds may look.

Passive: Coach's Aura

Nidai's presence inspires his allies to perform their very best. Allied champions near Nidai gain a 5% bonus to Attack Damage.

Q: Words of Empowerment

Hmmmm... Crona from Soul Eater Passive - Black Blood Gains armour equal to a percent of missing health

Q - Blood Needle He/She does that needle thingy which damages and slows nearby champions.

W - Soul Resonance Increases the AD of Crona and nearest allied champion by a percent

E - Bloody Lance It's an Ahri Q except it scales with AD just like Blood Needle and it doesn't deal true damage on the return trip.

R - Demon Sword Screech Fears all enemies in a large area around Crona for some seconds.

(I can't balance numbers) Corvo Attano (Dishonored)

Passive - (I can't think of a name): If Corvo does not cast a spell within 3 seconds of the last spell cast, he regains a percentage of his mana.

Q- Blink: Corvo dashes to target location, gaining a slight movement speed/ attack speed buff for a short time. W- Dark Vision: Toggle: Corvo gains true sight of units within a large area. This detects stealthed units and wards. (drains mana per second) E- Rat Swarm: Corvo targets a ground area that becomes infested with rats. Any units that pass through this area take damage per second that lingers after leaving the area. R- Slow time: Corvo slows all units in a large circle. Projectiles move at 25% normal speed.

I pick the Big Daddy from Bioshock. He'd pretty much be a slow melee tank, high base HP, Armor and MR, scaling mostly with AD and Health, and is resourceless. And no, Nautilus doesn't count. He has an anchor. BD has a drill. number/number indicates values at levels.

Passive: Made for the Depths (working title): Due to the bulk and strength of his suit, BD takes 2%/5%/10% less damage (Level 6/11/15) from champion basic attacks, and a flat 15% less damage from minions, monsters, and summons such as Yorick's ghouls and Tibbers.

Q: Drill Rush: BD revs up his drill and charges along a line, dealing a 120/150/180/210/250 physical damage plus scaling to anything in the line. Anything hit gains a bleed debuff, dealing 5/8/10/12/13 physical damage per second over 5 seconds. Scales with 20% bonus Health. CD: 10 seconds at all levels.

W: Rivet-ing: BD targets an enemy and fires his Rivet gun at them 3 times. Each hit deals 50/60/70/80/90 damage plus scaling, and applies on-hit effects such as lifesteal, Black Cleaver or ranged Frozen Mallet. Scales with AD. CD: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

his /j could be him saying "i never asked for this". you could spam this when someone on your team feeds or trolls.

his kit would consist of his augmentation. he could be like kha'zix. when he levels his ult he can upgrade one of his other abilities.

he would wield an assault rifle with a range of 550

his q would be "cybernetic arm prosthesis" where his 2 black blade thingy's come out and deal damage in a cone. (upgraded. adds a slow onto ability)

his w would be "typhoon explosive system" which basically makes him a human bomb. he could run into a team fight and detonate it. (upgraded. increases bomb range)

his e would be "quicksilver reflex booster" which gives him a speed and attack boost. (upgraded. adds life steal to auto attacks for duration)

his ult would be "glass shield cloaking system" which would stealth him for 3 seconds. after the stealth duration he gains a critical hit buff called "aim stabilizer" that deals critical hit damage for another 3 seconds on his auto attack. (upgraded. increase stealth duration to 5 seconds)
