Chuck is all knowing. His E would be Appear behind target champion. It is a global Spell without a cooldown or a channel. Chuck can appear behind anyone. His R is too epic to reveal. Legend says it has to do with literally carrying his teammates on his back.
All of his abilities can be used on allied champions too. No one is safe from Chuck.
