Depends on the kit I'd say. However, the strongest I think would be immunity to stuns, since Dot's aren't the centre of most kits (Malzahar/Swain/Teemo/A-Little-Bit-Of-Brand). During snares you still are able to use abilities and aa. Also you would be nearly uninterruptable

An interesting thing would be a passive that transforms every stun into a snare
