Jax is not op unless he jumps on you and stuns you. If you can cc him or use abilities that arent basic attacks while he dodges you can beat him

You basically said jax is not op unless he does what he was made to do, jump on people then wack the hell out of them with a lamppost. Not that I can say anything about balance, although props for saying the counterplay as well.

By definition Jax is probably more balanced than any other champ. Hell he only just got nerfed within the last two seasons RECENTLY. And all they did was slow down his passives ramp up.
