Champion rework idea
My idea with champion rework is too make them just a little bit stronger while maintaining their identity
Passive - Gain 1% CDR for each nearby slain enemy unit
Q - 100/150/200/300/350/500 (+80%AP) Magic damage. Line skill shot hitting up to 11 targets first 8 are snared for 1(+100%AP) seconds
W- Gain 30/60/90/120/150 magic resist and armor for 4 seconds
E- Next ability or aa to an enemy deals double plus 200% ap damage
R- Deal 1000/3000/5000 stacking true damage to all targets in the game (if they are killed by the damage they take the remainder of the damage upon respawning until they can survive the damage/it runs out)
I think this will really make champion have a lot more counterplay while still keeping some of their weaknesses but emphasising their strengths a bit more
