Most Toxic Player/Champion Combos

So I was browsing the player moderation boards today (as I often do) and saw a thread commenting about how Nami players are always toxic.

And I thought "Huh. A toxic Nami. Don't think I've ever seen that. Usually it's a Yi or a Riven."

And it got me wondering what other people think when they see stuff like that. Which champion/player combos are the most toxic for you guys?

NOTE: This isn't to insult anyone or to stir up trouble. I'm just genuinely curious about the experiences of other people.

I am the most toxic player character combo. I play Riven, Yi, Zed, Tryndamere, yasuo, Nami, Vayne, and much much more.
