I'll go first,

Iron Man :

(Q) skillshot - Fires a rocket that does damage

(W) AoE Area of effect - Rapid fire energy beams from both hands, damaging any enemies in the target area

(E) - Activate for a Speed boost, causing Iron-Man to fly faster for a short time

(R) skillshot - Iron-Man spreads his arms and fires a powerful laser beam from his chest and damages any enemies in it's path

Hulk

(Q) Hulk smashes the ground, dealing damage to nearby enemies and tossing them into the air.

(W) Hulk rams a target with his head, dealing damage and knocking the target back.

(E) Hulk tramples nearby enemy units, ignoring unit colision and gaining stacks if he damages an enemy champion. At full stacks Hulk's next basic attack against an enemy champion deals additional magic damage and stuns them.

(R) Hulk lets out a wild roar, removing all crowd control effects on himself, and reducing incoming physical and magical damage for the duration. ... ... ... wait a second

Thor Passive:Bonus armor and magic resistance.
Q:Thor fires a lightning bolt at you, kind of like Xerath's Q. W:Throws his hammer that will fly back to him like a boomerang. Anyone hit by the returning hammer will be slowed. His W's cooldown will be refunded if he catches his hammer.
E:Slams his hammer into the ground and unleash a cone shockwave which will stun anyone in its path. R:Global thunderstorm similar to Karthus's Q

The Punisher:

Passive: the lowest his health is, the highest his ms, dmg and health regen are. he uses ammunitions for his guns. his AS is fixed, but AS stats make him reload faster

standard aa: 2 pistols. he can move while attacking (16 ammo)

q: he now uses an assault rifle , gaining as and range, but with a higher reload time and a slower ms (30 ammo)

w: he now uses a pump action shotgun, with lower range and as but higher dmg. the attacks stop on the first target hit. (8 ammo)

e: he now uses a bolt action sniper rifle, gaining a lot of range and dmg, but with lower as. (6 ammo)

r: double wields Assault Rifles without the need to reload and gains armor, mr, and lifesteal.

Hawkeye

Passive) Take Aim: Your basic attacks don't miss, unless they do.

Q) Archery: Shoot an arrow.

W) Tech: Shoot an arrow with a USB.

E) Grapple: Shoot an arrow with a rope on it. You can pull yourself to the arrow.

R) Poor Career Choice: Become accepted as a second class superhero instead of the Olympics or something.

Captain America (Moveset stolen wholesale from Marvel vs. Capcom, I have no shame)

(Q)- Shield Slash: Throws his shield in the target direction, damaging the first unit struck.

(W)- Charging Star: Rushes forward a distance dependent on the rank of the skill, damaging and knocking aside units in his path.

(E)- Stars and Stripes: Ducks under his opponent's guard and heaves his shield upward in an uppercut-like motion, damaging and stunning his opponent for 1 second.

(R)- Final Justice: Cap dashes forward and the first enemy champion he comes in contact with is suppressed while he delivers a powerful combo of kicks, punches and finishes with a dive-bomb attack.
