Then after we recall we 2 man Baron and finally push to win

Try as your starting item because the 25 health over time heals more because Gnar's regular AD is relatively low and he can't take advantage of
I don't normally build a but their teamcomp was sort of tanky, so I had to get it for the extra Hyper stack

Normally I'd rush item 3022 and item 3046 and item 3071 as my core build and then build accordingly.
