Did Riot change the way missions work?

I played Kayn in a bots game real quick to get these missions done. (First 2 days of the VS. event and the Darkin icon mission)

I got no credit whatsoever or progress towards any of my missions. As you can see from the image I met the criteria for those 3 missions. (I got first blood, had over 10 kills, and won with a darkin champion.) For every event before this any mission that said 'matchmade games only' just meant no customs. Bot games have always been on the table unless they specifically stated it had to be PvP.

This is frustrating as I just got done playing like 10 ranked games on my main and logged in to this account just to quickly get the missions done because I remembered the first one would expire in a few hours.
