(Shared passive with Infinity Edge) Unique Passive: Doubles the critical chance bonus from all other critical chance sources. Unique Passive: Any effects that allow the user to dash are reduced to 0 range.
An item for the less mobile Marksmen that also punishes the more mobile ones for purchasing this otherwise undersold item.
