Ryze bug makes me tilted
Ok, there is a Ryze bug thats tilting me. I've been playing a lot of Ryze lately but sometimes when i E my Q's cooldown doesn't reset...

This bug is a big problem for Ryze players. Riot please fix! TY
The opposing Orianna was at around 100 health, and so was I. There was a large minion wave, with a siege minion low on health. The details are fuzzy. Happened in less than a second. I fluxed it and tried to rune prison it (to spread flux), but it died to my minion aggro during the cast.
Long story short, Q was on cooldown, could not spread my flux to Orianna, and I died. This bug happened multiple times, at least once every day for me. Usually it doesn't do much except make me lose a few CS, or trip me up a bit. But sometimes it can lose a skirmish, or like in my example, lose my life.
