When...

The enemy laner brings Barrier for your "insane burst".
The enemy doesnt punish you for last hitting with your q or back off when you have your third Q.
The enemy lets you farm peacefully for 20 minutes.
The enemy laner always tries to ham on you, regardless of whether your third q is up.
The enemy sees you build tanky and proceeds to ignore you in teamfights and clump up, forgetting you have an R button.
Nobody throughout the entire game gets Ignite, Moremello, Executioner's, or Mortal Reminder.
The entire enemy team whines in post game chat about how Vlad is stupidly broken.

I don't get why people complain about Vlad being OP. I just play my main Gnar and get an early Executioner's Calling and some MR, and Vlad ceases to be a problem for most of the game. That pool is really annoying though when I whiff my ult because of it (not like I was gonna hit it anyways lol).

I guess Vlad is way too strong at competitive levels like Gnar, but in ranked just isn't a big problem like Gnar. Since worlds are coming up, it's only fair they get nerfed, but it is still sad to see your main get nerfed. Someday people will realize that all champions have counterplay and do take some degree of skill (except Garen; Garen is the least difficult champion in the game until people learn what kiting is). Hopefully they'll just learn instead of complaining, although I'm prone to do the latter like everyone else =/
