We all know that one guy that you like to play with but they always do something consistently stupid. Tell me about yours, tell me the dumb thing the did/do

EX: My friend who shall not be named almost never buys boots, like on any champion, no mobi's on supports or anything. I've had to look 40 matches + back in his match history to see him build boots once.
