Why should you be able to get the ultimate mastery within a month or two of it being available? Shouldn't you have to work for it over time? I think it'd be sad if it was fairly automatic and it was just something else you got without really trying. If the mastery system's been out for 6 months and you don't have mastery 7 on your main champs... then that's an issue. But 2 months? Nah.
